Units for speed and elevation

It would be nice to have the option of speed in miles per hour, and elevation in metres.
This is probably the most common units in the UK.

I'll put that on the list. We should be able to make this happen around the VIRB Edit 2.2 / 2.3 time-frame.

thanks ! This option "knots" is very important for all nauticals sports : boat, kite, windsurf...

2.2 will have an option for nautical distance measurements (and separate meter/feet selection for distance/speed vs. elevation).
