there was an error playing the video....

When importing videos, the video player says "there was an error playing the video" I have updated all of my drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried different videos, nothing works. (it worked on my dad's windows 10 computer, although it was unbearably slow) I am on windows 11 with NVDIA Geforce RTX 2060. Please help

Hi,
I had the same problem with a similar setup. I’m not sure if this works for you, but it’s worth a try. Uninstall VIRB Edit and delete the Garmin folders under C:\Users{USER}\AppData\Local & Roaming. Then reinstall VIRB Edit and it should work. At least it worked for me.
Note: If you have other Garmin software, please make sure that you are deleting Virb Edit folders only.
