My Virb Elite works fine when connected to my old PC which has Windows 7. As you probably know 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft so I bought a new computer with Windows 10.
Whenever I connect the USB cable the Virb turns on and after a few seconds it is recognized and displayed in Windows Explorer and also Garmin Express but after a few seconds the Virb shuts off and the connections are lost.
