Im new to the virb but Cant seem to download any additional templates or gauges when I click the plus sign it shows a list of other available items with a description and a download button. download fails instantly and it also seems like there should be an example image thats not there. Chat support only could tell me they confirmed this on another pc and would send to software engineers before ending the chat
