Missing Gyro information from Virb360's fit file

Hi,
I'm looking to use the Gyro-meter and Accelerometer data from the Virb360 camera

By using the FIT SDK I managed to extract the G-Metrix data, but for some reason I can only see:
a. three_d_sensor_calibration every 20s
b. barometer_data every 1s
c. distance record every 1s

There are no gyroscope_data / accelerometer_data messages to be found...

Am I doing something wrong?

It's worth mentioning there's no GPS signal available, but I wouldn't think it would matter.

Update -
I found out that when recording video everything seem to work, but when usingtime-lapse photos the information is missing (except for the barometer...).

We are using photos as we need better quality than what the video mode provides

Is there a way to resolve this issue?
