Stitching RAW photos???

When you select RAW as the lens mode, pictures are not stitched (videos are) when imported into the Virb Edit app. Is this operator error or just a limitation of the app at the moment?

I'm seeing the same behavior with the Mac version of Virb Edit and would also like to know if this is by design.

Any progress on this. Virb Edit can stitch RAW video. It can't be that hard to also stitch RAW photos. When can we expect this capability to be added?

It's not just RAW files, its any 360 pics. At least for me it is. Can anyone else confirm its the same for them?
