Gmetrix data will not load on VIRB Edit

Man so frustrating
I am using an Edge 1000 + VIRB Elite HR monitor and Vector pedals the data overlays used to work fine now they all read zero
I have tried GPS on, GPS on when recording Paired the HR and power meter (cadence is taken from the PM)
Hard reset all the units and re paired.
The resulting video has a blue icon icon which looks like a heart rate graph in the upper left hand side that I assume means there is data available but gauges show zero.
Cant even get a speed option

I have tried importing the data from the"Import Gmetix" option and the data is there I have also imported data from the Edge but this will not transfer to the gauges.

All units are up to date VIRB Edit is 5.1.0

    Same issue for me!

I know that my data is all good because I tried to do exactly the same thing on my MAC, with exactly the same data and video files. It works fine on my MAC with exactly the same Virb Edit version, but not on my Windows 10 Enterprise edition. I have tried to use both .gpx and .fit GPS files but none of them works! So it must be a bug in the latest version I think. I cannot really use the MAC because it is to old, the video card is to week.

    What I try to do:
    Video from GoPro Session 5
GPS data from Garmin Edge 520
  • There is an issue with the gmetrix gauges in 5.1.0 that Garmin is aware of and supposedly working on a fix. If you roll back to 4.2.3 they should work fine.

Thank you so much;) I spent hours and hours trying to get this to work. I thought it was the camera then the computer (loaded VIRB Edit on three different computers) one would think Garmin would put out some sort of statement (or did I miss it) there has gotta be thousands of users have this same issue.

    The 4.2.3 works fine
  • Well, they kinda did. There are many topics on these forums about that issue and in the 5.1 upgrade available sticky I believe it was mentioned there as well.

Same problem, but I can't find a copy of 4.2.3 to download. Can anyone tell me where to find it?
