Overlay data doesnt show on version 5.1.0

Hy,
Since I installed the new version all bike rides are missing overlay data.
Granted I've captured the video using other brand camera, but used a garmin 810 to collect speed, cadence, power, etc
On version 4.2.3 using same samples and data file (.fit) all is shown, but not on 5.1.0, please see attached photos.

Any solutions, workarounds?

This is an issue affecting a large number of people and we're working hard to address it. Until we release a fix, I'm afraid your only option is to use a previous version of the software

bug in 4.2.3

Hello,

i havre the same problèm.
I've found an older version, the 4.2.3

but it doesn't work on 2 PC at my home.
a windows with "VIRB" in the title just came and disapears many times.

Did you know what is the problem?

Where can we find an older version?!

Does anyone have a link where we can download the older version?
PS: I'm surprised there QA haven't caught a problem like this... IMHO overlays is the single most important feature of the software.

Hej Purdington, can you keep us updated on this issue? I understand if you can't give us an ETA on this (although it would be greatly appreciated), but this is such a major issue.. can you at least tell us if your team of programmers know what is causing this issue?

I am actually surprised, considering how grave this issue is, that a bugfix hasn't been released already, but I have my fingers crossed for next week...

We believe we have found and fixed this issue and the fix will be available in our next maintenance release. Particularly after a large release like 5.1, we try to put out a maintenance release soon after to address major issues that come to light. We intend to put out a maintenance release soon, which is the closest thing to an ETA I can give you.

Started using VIRB 3 days ago and couldn't for the life of me get the overlays to work though the track would show and the XML in the GPX was valid. Now it all makes sense, thought I was doing something idiotic.

Thanks for a cool product.

Thanks Garmin, just tested 5.1.1 (30 June 17) and overlays are back working perfectly. Superb stuff.
