Is Garmin purposely pushing for faster and faster Graphics cards - thus making many users computers obsolete. I can understand the Operating System requirement, but to continually jump the graphics card also is doing your users a disservice.

Everybody wants faster - but first they want it to work, even if it is slow. To have software that runs on the proper operating system but crashes because of the level of the graphic card is counter productive to the Garmin image.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the 5.1 version of VIRB Edit. If you could provide specific information regarding the issue you're observing and steps you're taking to see the issue, then it would help with the investigation of the issue. Also for Mac VIRB Edit issues, please post to the Mac forum. Thanks for your patience.

Video card does matter a lot particularly in VIRB Edit 5.1 as we have offloaded a lot more to the the GPU than in previous versions. If you could provide specific information regarding the issue you're observing and steps you're taking to see the issue, then it would help with the investigation of the issue.

I am using a Dell Inspiron 3847 that I purchased in April 2014 to replace my Windows XP machine was my primary computer. It is equipped with a Intel HD Graphics 4600 card. I have not been able to use either VIRB Edit 4.2.3 or 5.1 - they both crash immediately upon attempting to Export or Share a project.
