Up until about a week or so ago I had no issues importing my videos / pics from Virb Ultra 30. There was always a clash as I use Picassa for basic photos, so that is a default program which opens as soon as media is recognised. However with the Virb media, I want it to be accessible in Virb edit first, so I have to stop picassa from wanting to import, then open Virb edit, which detects the virb and the usual import options ensue, so I go through the motions and it looks like its copying everything in - takes a while sometimes dependant on whats on it, but when its done, the files don't appear in the library! So I have to go through the motions again! Which generally doe the trick..
After this occurring several times now, I'm just importing everything through picassa. Virb Edit sucks.
It's poor software coupled with expensive products...filled with flaws and lack of features.....
Hoping something better will be out in the near future....but I'll have probably bought a new PC and got decent editing software to cope with it by then..
