Can't export video version 4.2.3

Hi.
I've updated and just tried to export video and when you press export the screen comes up followed by a popup window saying "Virb edit has stopped working "
with a close program button at the bottom.

I've tried several clips but no joy. the files are on my C drive which has 145 gb of free space.

below is the info from clip board from the about page .

You can try changing the Video Encoder and Decoder in the Settings then export again. Some PCs work better with different settings.

    Hi jthef,

What OS are you using (Win 7/10?)
Can you provide a Database Restore file so I can see if I can reproduce it? No need to provide any of your clips/photos, just a restore file (Menu > Back Up Database).

Actually can you copy/paste any errors you see in the Windows Event Viewers instead?

    1. Repro the issue then close the app
    2. Type Event in the Start Menu search text box
    3. Select "Event Viewer" > a Event View popup will display
    4. Expand the "Windows Logs" folder in the left Event Viewer window
    5. Select "Applications" from inside the "Windows Logs" folder
    6. You should see atleast 1 Error at the top of the event list (center of the Event Viewer window). Copy and paste this error please.
