Crash! Please Fix! VIRB Edit Crashing when importing mp4 files

Trying to import a large MP4 file and VIRB edit is crashing on me.

I was able to pull the crash dumps from Windows logs:

Not sure why this is happening or how I can help, but please fix!

Hi Jason, you will need to right click the windows start button and click event viewer, goto windows logs > application. Find the error there and copy the info back to us. This will give more specific error information.
I've watched your video, have you made sure your graphics card drivers are up to date? Do you have have a graphics card? And is this happening on all video files?

Thank you for reporting this in such a thorough manner. I am very sorry VIRB Edit is acting up like this.

Can you import clip and play it without creating a project?

I agree with EnduroKRM, this looks like a graphics card driver issue, so the first thing I'd try is to check for updates for your graphics card (on the manufacturer's website).

My VIRB Editing inversely, Crash when exporting mp4 files, this applies to many users and was discussed many times in the forum, what a shame for Garmin

I stopped playing the Garmin Update Game at 5.3.1 - It does the editing I need it to do and imports and exports without crashing.
