MP4 Wont play

Hi Guys,

I have just bought a Virb Elite and the MP4 Files wont play on laptop?

Any solutions?

Are you using Virb Edit or not?

What file sizes too / recorded modes? 1080 / 4 k? I assume you've got other MP4 files that play ok on your laptop?

Virb Edit will not work on my laptop(downloads but wont open)

I have other MP4 That work and am worried that my Virb Elite is the cause of the problem!

The first files I filmed I transferred to my laptop and saved them with new names!
they don't play either!

I have tried media software like vlc etc and does not work for that!!

Hi Andrew, I replied to your other thread. Same info applies.
Would suggest trying the k-lite codec pack and using media player classic to see if they open.
Ensure the rest of your system is up to date ie windows updates and graphics card driver.
