I have a most peculiar problem. I am trying to import g-metrix from a .fit file from garmin connect. Basically I login to garmin connect, select my activity (an outdoors run logged with a forerunner 235, gps signal and heart rate present), which shows speed, heart rate and track in garmin connect. I export this to a .fit file and then import this file in Virb edit.
In Virb edit, upon selecting the file for import, the date, time etc are all displayed correctly, the track is displayed correctly on the map, and the logs are present for speed, course, heart rate etc.
Upon clicking "use this log" and dragging appropriate gauges onto the video, there seems to be no data. No heart rate is displayed in the heart rate gage, no speed is displayed in the speed gage. Clicking on the map tab on the left, doesnt show the track anymore, although it was present in the "import window"?
I got a .fit files to work once and display all the correct data. However, using the same file for a different video, no data was displayed anymore, eventhough the same .fit files was used.
Any thoughts on how to correct this? Am I doing something silly?
