Hi all.
I have only taken delivery of my Virb Elite last week and have only recorded one video so far so my knowledge and experience is limited at this point.
This video is now on my PC (Virb Edit) and when playing the video through the software it freezes as if the PC specs are not adequate to meet the minimum requirements. I have checked these and I do meet all criteria. Has anyone had this issue/can anyone offer some support so that I can watch all future videos hassle free?
The software is loaded onto a Dell Venue 7139 (tablet) but I believe the machine should be able to cope without any issue.
