Please share your best handbrake presets !

Im in China, and its really hard to send files to youtube. Mine are all cycling blog, I ride & Blog.

Can you tell me the best setting to get small files to send to youtube? I have a virb xe, and shoot 1-1.5 hours per shot, and would like the size as small as possible below 1gb.

I am shooting in 1080 @ 60fps.

If I need to go to 720 let me know.... Id like to use the 1080...

I really need lower than a gig and am killing myself figuring this out.

I van only get 50-60 kbps upload speed to my server outside of china

from which I move things to youtube. So this is killing me ... if you know anyother ways Im all ears. I am trying 720 @ 60fps in virb edit now, even though I recorded @ 1080 @ 60... perhaps I will record the next @ 720p @ 60 in the camera and see if it improves the processing time. I cant make an all day thing to upload three hours of video to youtube daily..... Jeeze I could set the upload ftp server for two files before I go to bed each night, but I cant wait 4 hours for virb edit to export one video, and do that 2-3 videos a day : (

I want the best 500-1000 mb (or smaller ) video I can get...
