Virb Edit crashes

I have an MSI GP62 Leopard, I7 with lots of memory and windows 10 64bit. Sometimes I am able to edit video others the program crashes to the "windows is searching for a solution..." I'm getting tired and frustrated trying to connect with Garmin support. I am in the Bahamas and not wanting to burn $1 minutes to call and wait. I have a Virb X camera and like it but the edit software is poor.
Otherwise I am a Garmin devotee with a full suite of instruments on my boat...HELP

I am very sorry about your trouble.

Let's see if we can help.

First, make sure you are running the newest version of VIRB Edit, it should be 3.4.2.

Then, make sure your GFX card drivers are up-to-date. Check on MSI's website, don't rely on Windows delivering the drivers.
