HR and Cad data

I didn't use VE for a will and i'm a bit confused. Where is my HR and Cadence data? As far as i remember it was added automatically with my Virb Elite.
i just did my first MTB ride with my new Virb EX, i had my HRM and Cadence sensor hooked up to my Virb but i cant see the data. Is this now stored in a
separate file? and if so, where do i find it, and how do i add it?

Some additional info, i got the cadence data but still no HR data. The G-Metrix log says there should be HR data.

I have not tried the HR or cadence sensor but there is definitely an issue with the wheel speed sensor data, so its probably the same deal. Camera sees it, you can see the data on the Virb display in use, but its no where to be found in the GPX or FIT files when you go into Virb Edit. I was told I am the first to have this issue as most users, use the data from their Edge for speed/HR/cadence rather than the camera. Yet all that stuff is listed as compatible for the Virb X/XE.

Its pretty disappointing but hopefully they get it worked out.
