I have the following problem with Virb Edit 3.4.0 (and the previous version):

When I import a (many) clips, I don't see a video preview. I also do not see "drag video's here". I have provided a screenshot with this post,

Also, the video does not playback and when I export the project, only the video and not the overlay is exported.

I have a samsung Chronos 770Z7E laptop running Windows 8.1 64 bit build 9600
The laptop has switchable graphics: Intel graphics Hd 4000 (plugged in and high performance scheme) + HD Radeon HD8800 series, 8GB Ram and a i7-3635QM 2.4GHz processor,

I tried all the suggestions mentioned in the troubleshooting thread/post such as disabling the anti virus protection,

We've communicated via email. Posting this here for others to find.

"I have solved the problem. I switched from 'high performance' to 'save energy'."

I assume that the "save energy" setting will use the Intel HD 4000 and disable the ATI Radeon chipset. We'll continue trying to identify issues with the Radeon chipset.
