Is it possible to create one's own Template for the data you desire to display?

Yes. You can re-arrange gauges however you feel like, then save them as a template and re-use it in other videos.

What is the procedure to create your own template?

You just add gauges, move gauges, remove gauges, pick colors, etc. And then go to the Overlays/Templates tab and hit 'Save as new template'. Then you can re-use that template for other videos (it will be in the 'Custom' section).

where exactly is the overlay tab or has it been removed from the later versions?
