Hi,
Not sure how easy it is to bring calculations into the gauges, nor how interested you are in putting this kind of effort into this project, but here I go.
As a paragliding-pilot (or any airsport depending on finding lift) one of our most important data whilst flying is our vario, climb rate indicator.
It shows mostly in 100xft/min or m/sek.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Variometer
From the data even a simple gps gives us altitude and time.
From the time now and one minute back how many 100 feet did you climb?
From this second and back one second how much did you climb?
This is also typically user input data in our instruments were we have vario avg (average) were you set the time to calculate your climb from the last 5 seconds incrementally to the last 60 seconds. One idea might be to have the last second and 30 seconds. IF this is possible at all.
I know there is SO many people having wishes etc and I do not get offended at all if this is regarded as waste of time, but to have this data embedded on a video would be a very big gift to everyone flying gliders, hanggliders and paragliders :)
In the enclosed video my vario starts to beep (lift) from timeline 0:43 and it would be so cool with a gauge that indicated climb (or sink) with values and one decimal corresponding with the video.

In advance thanks alot, and thats just for the time reading all our posts :D
