I've been exporting a few videos lately and it seems that the Target Quality on the Export Video window is ignored. It doesn't seem to matter what option I select it will always output the same filesize (which corresponds most closely to the High setting). The Frame Rate setting does work. I haven't checked the Resolution (always keep it at 1080p). I was trying to lower the quality to result in a file size compatible with Facebook, but am having to re-encode separately to get the file size down.
Has anyone else experienced this?
