VIRB Error About No Valid Logs

I'm getting this error when trying to import my .gpx file into VIRB Edit Software.

Error
The GPS or FIT file selected has no valid GPS logs, or the GPS logs in the file have no time stamps.

GPX Source Code

I am using the latest version of the editing software on Windows 10

That file is invalid XML. I just tried it in http://xmlvalidation.com/ and there seem to be a number of issues. VIRB Edit will only read XML/GPX files that are valid.

You might be successful in fixing it using http://www.gpsbabel.org/ or some similar tool.

What should I have the output file be selected as? I tried going from GPX to GPX but VIRB Edit still didn't like it.

Sorry for this still not working. GPX would have been my best bet.

You could try to be fancy and maybe convert to GDB or FIT first and then back to GPX.

I wish our GPX parser were less picky. It's something we've been meaning to change for a long time, but never quite found the time and/or resources.

I tried going to gdb and back to gpx but that did not work. Could not find anything related to FIT in the GPSBabel program.

Is there a ETA for a update that will fix this? The software is completely useless if one can not import GPX data.
