Virb edit displays 11mph throughout entire video

I've had my Virb Elite for a few months. Today after my ride I proceeded to import my clips only to find out that the speed displayed was 11mph throughout the entire video.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

The video might not be synced with the track correctly. Did you try 'G-Metrix sync'?

If that doesn't help, please attach the gpx and fit file for your ride (right-click on clip, properties, GPS Info, export).
