VIRB Edit Windows DATA is not synced with video - GPS is OK.

DATA is not synced with video - GPS is OK.

Hi,

I have an issue where the data from sensors is not synced with the video while GPS data is fine and synced.
As you can see in the link I've provided below, the GPS information (speed) is correct and aligned to
the video while data (watts, cadence on the bottom left) is not aligned.

Is this a known issue? any way to resolve it?

Can you tell us a little more about how you collected the data? Which camera? Which GPS?

Sorry, forgot to mention that.
Camera is VIRB XE. GPS is collected with built in camera GPS. Data is collected on the camera via ANT+, watts and cadence is coming from a quark crank.
I also have an Edge 510 that I've just paired with the camera but I think it is not needed as everything can be collected from the cameras own GPS and ANT+ interface.

Can you share the source video and FIT file with me somehow? Dropbox e.g.?

I'd like to verify if the data is wrong in the FIT file or if we represent it incorrectly in VIRB Edit.

Maybe its a by design feature, but the whole ride was about an hour yet on my Virb the video was divided to 15 minutes long files.
The above is one of those 15 minutes that contains my original youtube link + fit file for the whole ride. (The fit file was not divided.)

Yes, the video will be broken up in chunks.

We took a look at your data and I'm afraid VIRB Edit is just showing what we get from the FIT file.

How does this data look like on Connect when you upload the FIT file directly. Is it correct there?
