Main title not overlaid ?

Hi. I was a very beginner using 2.9.2 then 3.0.1 was released and I am a bit confused...
Is it possible to insert a title at the very beginning of a video in such a way the title appears on a black screen, before the video starts ?

The way I like to do this is by adding an all-black image before the video. You can use the attached image that I made, if you like (1080p).
