Exporting .gpx files

It would make my life a million times easier (and probably several other people) if I could export JUST the .gpx file from VIRB Edit. Currently I have to export the full video (I do it in the lowest resolution to save time) to get a single .gpx file to upload to Strava.

And now that I think about it, exporting directly to Strava would be amazing too!

If you just want the gpx file for one clip, you can get that by bringing up the context menu for a clip > Get Info > GPS Info > Export.

Wouldn't that be the same as just taking the .gpx files directly from the unit itself? I'm going to fiddle with it when I get home.

Yes, but once you have it copied over it might be hard to find it again. That's why I pointed it out.

Sooooo. Awesome news! Apparently doing exactly like you said I actually have two choices.

If you just want the gpx file for one clip, you can get that by bringing up the context menu for a clip > Get Info > GPS Info > Export.

One of which is to Export the GPS Log like you said, but right under it I can export the .fit file which I tested, and uploaded to Strava.

And it's my ENTIRE bicycle ride!!!!!! So you may not have known it, but you just showed me how to do EXACTLY what I wanted!!
