where did you find the folder/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/Garmin VIRB Edit/Database/0/RawMovies/
i dont know how to find it?? i have the same issue :(
To clarify, is there a specific folder in that RawMovies database that you deleted to make VIRB Edit start up again? Zipping up one of those and sending it to would go a long way toward fixing this issue. Knowing whether or not this happens repeatedly for the same imported movie would be a big deal for us, too.
IFANHO I've got no guarantee that this will work, but zipping up your entire 0/RawMovies/ folder (right click > compress ) and e-mailing that .zip to us could help us track it down and solve your issue, as well.
Any further info you guys can give us on this would be much appreciated. We're eager to fix this issue but don't know quite enough at the moment.
Assuming there is no reply on here from the developer / Garmin - what other options are available ? Pretty shabby response really!
Try open the MP4 with QuickTime and then use it to save once, the import crash will totally disappeared! Really strange!
