This thread was previously named "wish list". I'd prefer we try to keep individual feature suggestions to separate threads for now, so I renamed it to specifically talk about cropping video. It's not like we've got a glut of threads at the moment and this'll help us keep things focused.
Cropping videos is a little problematic because in the end it will make the output video blurrier than it would be otherwise. Ideally you'd be able to mount your camera in a way that avoids unwanted things in the view frame, but I get why folks would want this. We'll keep an eye out for how in demand this is as we decide our priorities for the future. Thanks for the suggestion!
If you record in 1920x1080 and cut away (crop) 320 on the left, 320 on the right. Than cut away 360 from the bottom, you'll end up with a video that is 1280x720. If your final video has the same resolution there is no loss. If you have another resolution it can become blurry.
I'm interested in new programs.. So I like some information about Faasoft Video Cropper. Do you have the paid version? I sawit has a trial versoin, how long does the trial last?
