Suggested Improvements for Virb Edit v2.4

Love the app much better than Sony's Play Memories. I feel it is more user friendly in the interface for overlay features.

After updating to the latest version, I still see some features missing that I would like to see. I'm sensing that some of these gauges which show a maximum are more geared towards vehicles which are much higher than running and cycling and the like. Is it possible that these gauges become "smart gauges" when you insert them into the video? Meaning that Virb Edit determines the highest maximum on the gauge to be set to what was recorded in the FIT/GPX file? Maybe round up the maximum number on the gauge so the numbers on the gauge are nice round numbers.

If missed something in the software or a thread that already discusses this, I apologize for missing it but I did search a bit before posting.

Generally our gauges do exactly what you described. In 2.3 our tape gauges had set min/max values, but as of 2.4 the min/max on any gauge should be dynamic besides bearing and acceleration. If your gauges aren't doing that, it may be that you have a couple of weird outliers in your GPS log data (maybe you lost signal on a turn and suddenly your log indicates you're going 80 mph out of nowhere, for example).

For speed at least, we have steps we can take to get better data. VIRB Elites, and many of our fitness devices, can figure out better speed values in the field than we can backwards engineer out of the GPS log. We're planning to use that in the future.
