I cant export files to Youtube with Virb Edit, the movie is around 3 minutes, the upload freezes after a couple of minutes. I have the latest software as of today. Anyone experienced similar problems and solved it?
I'm assuming you're seeing this problem in Mac VIRB Edit 2.3.
Do normal exports work? (i.e. click "Export" rather than "YouTube"). If the normal export works you can then just drag and drop into a browser that supports YouTube. While we'd obviously like our own YouTube upload to work for everyone, the browser solution should get you going in the meantime.
Is there an error from YouTube ever displayed or is the progress bar just stuck? Info on error messages you're getting would be helpful.
Using latest MAC OSX. I could just export, but then again only without any slowmotion or effects. It just gets stuck at a certain point and then it says something with, connection lost or timeout. When is the new software coming out? I could try again tonight if you want?

Exporting a video should produce the same video that clicking the YouTube button would, and should preserve slow mo/overlay settings. Do you mean that exports fail for you once you've turned down a clip's speed and/or added overlays?
I can't upload anything if i make any slow mo or high speed changes, it can't upload to file nor to youtube. If I take away the speed changes it can upload (export) to file. Then I can import it to youtube but still not possible to do slow mo or speed changes. When I do changes to speed, ut just stops in the preparation phase. If I have no changes to speed it stops in the upload to youtube phase.
I have version 10.9.1 on MAC, thats the version needed to get virb edit to work, at least it was written that when I was installing virb edit so I took another hour installing 10.9.1 so it would be great if Virb Edit would work with this version
