VIRB Elite, locks up and will not respond to any of the buttons

Hey guys, I have a new Elite, and sometimes it wi'l lock up, green light on, and will not respond to any of the buttons. It typically happens when I am connecting it to the mac for downloading new recordings. I end up having to remove the battery and start it back up in order to get it to "un-freeze".

Any ideas on what is happening?

    The issue discussed here has been addressed as of firmware version 3.70, to my knowledge, and no posts have been made to this thread for two months.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the VIRB, but these are forums for the VIRB Edit desktop software, not the VIRB device. I've contacted Garmin support to get them to answer hardware questions here and look at reported issues in the past, but this still isn't the official place to be going for VIRB support.

    I'll be locking this thread given its age and status, but feel free to make a new thread if you have a separate issue to report, especially if it has something to do with VIRB Edit.
