.FIT not importing

" File does not contain a track" Message when I go to import my GPS file.
Garmin 800 Software 2.70
Mac OS 10.7.5

Any ideas, every thing I read says it should be OK. If I use GPX then there is no Power.

Fit file attached

Here it is. I tried others with exactly the same result. The fit file works fine in Strava, RubiTrack and Ascent.

This fit file works on the PC Version

Interestingly the .FIT file works fine on my PC laptop. However, I have to say I prefer the user experience on the Mac, and this is what I use for 99% of my cycling data recording etc.
