VIRB Edit Questions

I can create a video with the speed/altitude on the bottom left and a crude track on bottom right, but how do I create a video with the Map on the right side as it displays within VIRB Edit. I also saw someone else's video that had a much fancier speed indicator on the top left that included an accelerometer 'bubble' in the middle of the speed indicator. I don't see anyplace to do any of these. Any pointers?

Thanks

Right now you can't put the map in your video except by screen capture. (And if you screen capture the map you're probably violating someone's copyright.) The track is the best you can do. You're also stuck with the overlays they offer at the moment. To see them, at the bottom of the VIRB Edit window, there's a button for overlays. There are many, but none of them are exactly what I want, so I'd like to see a template editor in VIRB Edit.

    VIRB Edit Question

    Thanks

I hadn't seen the Overlays button. That is exactly what I was looking for. I agree, I would like to be able to edit those and customize them, but there are some good overlay options there.

Is there a way to add titles and text? Or at minimum import a JPEG that has text in it so we can put titles in our videos?

    Another VIRB Edit Question

Okay, I am learning the program and like it a LOT!!!

However, I set the video to go at 200%. When in preview, the audio is accelerated and is in sync with the video. However, when I export it, the audio is running at normal speed, so it gets out of sync with the video. yes, I know I could turn off the volume, but that itsn't the point. At 200%, human voice is still understandable, and you can tell what is going on.

So, I would like it to output the audio the same way it is in the preview mode. Am I doing something wrong? or is this a bug in the program?

    Thanks.
