VIRB Edit stores all imported clips in the ~/Movies/Garmin folder. The application can also export the video that you are editing to any location. So you should be able to get these files into FCP. After editing in FCP you can import the clip back to VIRB Edit. The integration is manual as you can see. There is no automated workflow to move files between VIRB Edit and FCP at this point.
