I've been through all the forum questions that have been asked over the last 9 years and I still can't make head nor tail of this.
I've updated the Mac operating system.
I've tried turning the volume down to 0.
Graphics card is fine - it's a 3 year old MacBook Pro.
Plenty of RAM.
Don't have any anti-virus software.
The videos are from a brand new GoPro Hero12 Creator.
All the data files are running perfectly.
I've tried exporting from the Gallery and the Editing suite.
I get no warning about file size limit but I've tried 4k, I've tried 1080p, I've tried 720p.
And, yes, I have the latest version of VIRB edit.
Please, please, please help me to solve this problem. I've been wanting to upload these videos for a week and I am way behind. I've spent hours on these videos and would really appreciate being able to be helped to figure out why I can't do the simplest of actions
