MP4 can't be played on MAC,, no ideas and no solutions from anywhere!
I am also facing this issue and videos were also in MP4 format! Would be extremely grateful if there could be any solution to this. Currently using a MacBook Pro 13'' 2016. Videos were taken using a GoPro Hero 8. Help!
