I recently purchased a Virb Ultra 30 and linked it up to my ANT+ heart rate monitor and it worked great. I took several videos and overlaid the data in Virb Edit. However, when I actually export the video to mp4, the exported video does not include the heart rate and elevation data overlays but does include other g-metrix data like g-force, speed, time, duration, etc. I can see the data when I preview the video in Virb Edit, but not on the exported video. The overlays do get displayed on the exported video, but without any actual data.
I created four videos and all exhibit the same behavior on the final exported video. I've gone through the settings in Virb Edit and didn't see anything I may have missed in regards to including the heart rate and elevation data on the exported video. I thought it exported everything included in the preview?
I am using Virb Edit 4.2.1 on a macOS Sierra 10.12.1.
