I assume you're talking about exporting a video without displaying G-Metrix (gauges)?
1. Under the G-Metrix tab in your Video Project check the "Hide Overlays for this Clip" checkbox for each of the clips/photos in your Video Project then export. -Select a Clip on your timeline -Select the G-Metrix Tab -Check the "Hide Overlays for this Clip"
2. VIRB Edit is constantly being updated, so I don't think there's an online manual. If there was it would be outdated in a few months. You can search the Windows and Mac VIRB Edit forums for information on how to perform certain tasks.
