Can anybody help me with my version of VIRB Edit as I am currently running Version 2.9.2 and recently started getting a few issues with data overlays on the screen freezing or just stuck on heading north with zero speed readout so I thought I had better check to see if there were any updates only to find out that there was Ver 3.2.0 which of course won't install on my OSX Version.
I don't want to upgrade my OSX as I am a professional photographer and I want to keep using a version of a Nikon program that I have that won't work on later operating systems.
I am used to most other proper editing programs giving you a message when you open them informing you that there is an update, not Garmin VIRB Edit, you have remember to check their web site separately and I suspect this is how I got caught out. I have only had my VIRB Elite Black for about six months so I am somewhat disappointed that I can't use the correct software with it.
I am now unable to download from anywhere a version of VIRB Edit after my version but not the latest. Garmin customer support has been anything but helpful and have told that they don't keep old versions.
Can anybody help me?
