Saving my recordings

I am trying to put my recordings online (forums & youtube) for others to see but can not convert the files, Ive downloaded homeport thinking it would have some way to convert files but cant find anything there either.
is there a way to convert these files?

The files are meant to be played back in HomePort. If there is a conversion tool available (and I did not find one with a quick web search) it isn't supported by Garmin.

Sorry about that. You might be able to take a screen recording of the playback and post this, but there isn't currently an in-app way to convert playback. Playback is done on the fly as part of the application and isn't really a "movie" per-say.
