HomePort track playback - speed and time

I am using HomePort in conjunction with a GPSmap 76Cx. I have recorded several tracks and transferred them from the GPS to HomePort. When I playback a track, the speed that shows is always 1.9 kts. In addition, the elapsed time seems to be about 2x the actual time (I manually log the time I leave port and the time I return. E.G. yesterday we sailed 24 NM in just over 6 hours, the HomePort playback shows the elapsed time as over 12 hours).

Any thoughts? Is there a setting in HomePort I need to change (or in the GPSmap 76Cx)? Thanks for any feedback.
