Import Map Co-ords in a another format (ETRS89)?

I have a set of map co-ordinates in an excel spread sheet I would like to import into my homeport software.
I;ve ran a test export and I think I can probably fig an arrangement that homeport will import (XML or GPX), but all more co-ordinates are in ETRS89 format,
i.e N50°41.0899 / W002°48.0578

When I export from the garmin, no matter what type of co-ordinates ive set in the options, it only appears to want to import using WGS84.

Is there an easy way around this?

We support a number of different formats. Try going to Utilities -> Options and in the Measurement screen, there is a Datum field where you can choose your format.
