Just a small suggestion that when the scroll wheel on the mouse is used that the focus window automatically switches to the window that the pointer is over.
When in the panning mode of the map and using the wheel to zoom it is not much fun to click on the left panel to select a route and return to the map to zoom some more to find that you are now scrolling your list of routes/waypoints.
