If you are having trouble updating HomePort, please follow the below directions and let us know which step doesn't work for you:
1. Log into your my.garmin account and download HomePort
2. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installer
3. When the installer finishes, verify that you have the latest version (Help->About should show you HomePort 2.0.4)

I cannot download and install HomePort 2.0.4. Please help or advise.

So - What happens when you click on the update button? (You did click on the update button right?)
