HomePort compatible with 76CSx

Can HomePort read the charts on the microSD card in my 76CSx or have I misunderstood this software?

It read the charts I had on my 76CSx wihtout a problem.

Except it takes FOREVER to D/L them from the GPS.

Oddly enough... it will load the charts from my 76CSx but I have not had any luck with it reading the charts off of my Oregon 400.

Very strange....

For me, I had to take the SD Card out of the GPS, and insert it in the card reader on the PC for HomePort to detect and load the map... I'm not sure this is the supposed way to go, but based on other posts I believe it is.

Pratzert, are you saying that HP can read your map directly from the GPS through the USB connection? It doesn't work for me...

Note: I use a 76CSx and Bluechart g2 map.

Yes. it works with my 76CSx as well as my Oregon 400.
