I just purchase the Homeport software for download, but, when I try to make the software download, not happen... instead of download the software they showing only "Estimated time remaining: calculating", if anyone have the some problem and find one solutions
After contacting Garmin support we tried everything, turning off firewall, anti-virus, even using Firefox web browser and sending me a zip file with the program. Nothing worked. Just stuck in the calculating download mode.
They are now going to mail me an SD card. Hope that works?
I received the HomePort SD Card in the mail. I tried to follow the instructions but when I inserted the card it did not auto run and when I tried to run Setup there was no Setup.exe on the card. So I ran "Garmin_HomePort_203.exe" on the card and it seems to work. I was having some problems so I rebooted and it started to work a little better.
However I cannot get the Help to work. (HTML Help) The help window opens with selections on the left but the display window on the right says:
Navigation to the webpage was canceled. Anyone know how to fix that?
