Homeport 2.3.2: Where is the Sign In option?

I just installed Homeport 2.3.2 on my new computer.  Now I want to download my data from the cloud, but can't find the sign in option.  Where has it been moved?  I can't find the Active Captain sign in option either.  Where is it?
