Is it possible to manually enter a single waypoint onto Homeport without a sd card?

Don't you just select the waypoint symbol?

I don't understand how, I see the waypoint symbol but nothing shows me where I can enter a number. With google earth, I see long & Lat at the bottom of the page and I can move my cursor and watch the numbers change. So in other words I move my cursor to the gps number I want then pin it. Thanks for the help

Ah ok, you want to enter the location rather than simply click on the map? In BaseCamp it's Ctrl + T, see if that works in HomePort.
