Error Message: There was a problem communicating with the Garmin device

I have a Garmin echomap 71sv and Garmin BlueChart G2 Vision VEU015R maps.

After updating chartplotter firmware and maps, i tried to insert the SD card with Garmin BlueChart G2 Vision VEU015R maps to my PC and open HomePort, in order to create routes and waypoints and i get the following error you can see at the image attached.

Do as suggested and call Product Support.

I have already e-mailed Product Support. If i wont get any reply soon, i will give a call.
